Diskeeper - how to defragment my hard disk
If you start Diskeeper for first time or not started from long time ago its good to make Analyze procedure to examine your hard drives performance situation. To do this select hard disk which you want to analyze, go to 'Analyze selected volume' tab from left menu and click on Start like shown on the picture below.

When analyze procedure finish Diskeeper will give you statistic information about defragmentation of selected hard disk. Also he give you suggestion to or not to defragment this hard disk and is there enough free disk space to do it.

If you want to defragment selected hard disk go to 'Defragment selected volume' tab from left menu and click on Start like shown on the picture below.

When analyze procedure of selected volume is finished, in performance tab you can see some performace statistics about your hard disk.

While disk is defragmentig, in Performance Map tab you can look how your hard disk is fragmented. At down-left side have legends for each color block.

At the end of fragmentation you have to feel performance improvement in your disk subsystem.
