Tools for selecting and erazing in Adobe Photoshop

In next tutorial I will show you all of the tools for selecting and erazing in Photoshop and i will explain what they are used for.
After starting Photoshop you see the tools window on the left side:

IIn this window you see the tools and the settings for them are in the menu above:

It changes in dependence of the choosen... tool.

Means to Learn

Pattern Stamp tool in Photoshop menu
Works like the
Clone Stamp tool but the difference is that this one clones some patterns.

Background Eraser tool in Photoshop menu

Same like the eraser tool but with this you can cut out the background
From brush you choose the suitable brush
From Limits you choose the border of the erase
From Tolerance you choose the tolerance.

Magic eraser tool in Photoshop menu

Erases out parts from pixels.
From tolerance choose the tolerance of the colors,
From Anti-Aliased you switch the clearing of the conturs.
You switch Contiguous if you want to erase the pixels from the color you have choosed.
From Opacity choose the transperance.

Marquee tool in Photoshop menu
This tool makes selections.
From the 4 buttons in the options menu above
you choose the type of the selction:
-new selection
-add to an old selection
-brings out an old selection
From Feather you switch the blow over between the contur and the selection
From Anti-Aliased you switch the clearing of the conturs.
From Style you choose the style
From Width and Height you choose the size of the selection

Lasso tool in Photoshop menu
Here you have 3 tool
-ordinary lasso
-edged lasso
-magnet lasso
This tools give you the oppurtunity to make free selections.
The options are the same like the upper tools.

Magic Wand tool in Photoshop menu
It is used to select parts of near-by pixels with similar colors in dependence of the tolerance setting.
when the tolerance level is higher you can get more pixels with similar tolerance of the colors.
The settings are the same as the other tools.
