Effects Film Grain, Fresco, Neon Glow

Photoshop has over 100 Filters devided in 14 categories.
The filters can do important work.Here i will show you all standart filters and i will explain important things about them.
The filters are lockated in the Filter menu.
Lets start with the filters Artistic sub menu:

Film Grain
For the brighter parts of the image you have more saturated colors.

Fresco
Draws the image rough(with no details).

Neon Glow
It adds color(light)to the image in dependens of the saturation.You can change the saturation.
