Artistic filters

Photoshop has over 100 Filters devided in 14 categories.
The filters can do important work.Here i will show you all standart filters and i will explain important things about them.
The filters are lockated in the Filter menu.
Lets start with the filters Artistic sub menu:

Colored Pencil
Draws a picture like its made with a colored pencil.

Cutout
Makes a feeling like piecec of colored cloth:

Dry Brush
This filter lowers the count of the colors in the picture and makes an effect like its drawed by a dry brush:
