Writing CDs with Nero Express

Nero is Windows software for burning your data, mp3, audio, video, backups, CD and DVD images. Of course Nero have CD/DVD copy functionality, can erase CD/DVDs, can make bootable discs, can convert and prepare you audio and video files for writing in right format, etc. In this tutorial we will use Nero Express for writing some data disc with photos. This is lighter, faster and compact version of Nero Burning ROM which have all you need to do all of these things.

Now select Data from 'What would you like to burn?' menu. Next click on Data Disc

Click on Add button and point to files which you want to burn.

If you want to select more than one files you can hold Ctrl key and left click on each file or just click on Add button each time you want to add new file/s.

Before start adding files or when finish you can organize your photo in folders. To create folders right-click like shown on the picture below and click on 'Create Folder'.

Now select files which you want to be placed in this folder and drag and drop them in the folder like shown on the picture. When you ready click on botton right button Next

Now you have to specify your CD burning device, give name of your CD, select write speed*, specify that later can be added more files to this disc and on/off verifying the disc after burning. When you set all of this click on Burn

* If your computer is not so powerfull, don't have enough memory and you feel that he work slowly with files its good to set write speed to lower value < x16

Depending on selected writing speed, and 'Verify data on the disc after buring' option you will wait between 5 and 20 minute to finish the burn.
