Howt to Bending a Video [1/2]

In this tutorial we will show you how to distort a Video by using the Bend Effect in Adobe Premiere. Tutorial Includes project files.

Start a new document.
Go to the Project Panel and right click over it and choose "Import File" (import your Video).
Click Ok and release it into the Timeline Panel.

Now go to the Video Panel/Image Control and double click over the "Bend" effect.
