In this tutorial we will show you how to crystallize a video (its like a pixilated effect) in Adobe Premiere. Tutorial Includes project files and video.
Start a new document.
Go to the Project Panel and right click over it and choose "Import File"
Import the video that you are about to use.
Go to the Video Panel Effects and choose: Pixelate/Crystallize:
"exact phrase" include -exclude
will give you more specific results
