How to set up an email account in Mozilla Thunderbird [2/3]

This will start a wizard which will guide you through the process of configuring a new mail account. On the first step you will be asked to type your name and e-mail address.
Just to mention that what you fill out in the field Your name in this stage is is the name which people will see when they receive a message sent from you from this computer.

Next step is probably most important. Here you will have to specify the type of Incoming server, its address and the address of the Outgoing mail server. Generally the correct choice is POP3. The rest of the information that you will fill out you can get from your mail server provider or your Internet service provider.
