In this tutorial I will demonstrate how to put numbers on each page in MS Word document. Page numbering is very useful when you have to make a hard copy version of the document. When viewing the document in MS Word itself this feature is not that useful but having page numbers on printed copy can save hours of sorting pages.
I will write the tutorial for Office 2003 and 2007 Word since there is a difference. It is a straight forward process but in Office 2003 it still requires some interaction. In Office 2007 is is really easy thing to do.
We got to Insert tab at the top. It usually happens to be the second that. The you go to Page Numbers menu and then it is just a matter of clicking on the design you want.
