Matrix effect with Photoshop [1/2]

In this tutorial I show you how to make Matrix effect with Photoshop.

Open up a 800x600 document,the background colour is of no matter.

Go to Filters~Texture~Grain.
Put Intensity to 95, Contrast to 100%, and Grain Type to Vertical.

Choose Ctrl+D so you can add the standart colours, then go to Filter~Artistic~Neon Glow and put Glow size to 5 and Glow Brightness to 15 with colour #00FF00.
