Conditional operator - C++ [1/2]
The Conditional operators '?' and ':' are used to construct conditional expressions. These conditional operators are also called ternary operators. The general form of the conditional expression is shown in the figure. The conditional operator works as follows, in the statement shown in the figure, expressionl is evaluated first. If it is true then expression 2 is evaluated and becomes the value of the expression. But, in case if expression 1 is false then expression 3 is evaluated and its value becomes the value of the expression.
