After image is loaded choose from Toolbox palete - Advanced Outline method for tracing the image. Next set parameters in Property Bar depending in your image and click on trace like shown on the picture. If result not satisfy you repeat the trace with different parameter values.

Now let's see the final vector result. Now you have finished job at 95%, but for best result you have to finish tuning of vector image in some vector based program.
