Closing a file - C++ [1/1]
Closing a file disconnects a file from the associated stream. The file may be again connected to the same or different stream later. Assume outstream object is used to open the file named outfile for output. The statement disconnects the file outfile from the output stream outstream. The object outstream still exists and the outfile file may again be connected to outstream later.
