This tutorial will show you how to transfer files from one FTP to another directly without downloading the files on your local computer. This can be done with FTP client with included FXP support.
We will discuss one of the most popular called FlashFXP. It can be downloaded from http://www.inicom.net

Once you have FlashFXP installed start it and you will see the default look of the program.
In the left there is the local browser showing the content of your hard drive and on the right is the FTP browser view, showing a remote site.
To do FTP to FTP transfers you need to switch the local view to FTP browser view and you will have two remote sites side by side.

Transfer files side to side.
This can be done by clicking on the Switch to FTP browser button. It is the last button one on the tool bar.
It will be enough to click on it once to switch from local to FTP browser.
