Every blog element has a broder witch we can make visible or not .
For discription of borders for a blog you use the following tools:
border-top-width - the width of the top broder of the blog.
border-bottom-width - the width of the bottom border of the blog.
broder-left-width - the width of the left border of the blog.
border-right-width - the width of the right border of the blog.
border-width - the width of the borders of the blog.It is set only when the all the borders have the same width.
border-color - the color of the blog border.It can be set for all borders.

border-right-color:red; 
border-top-color:#EFEFEF; 
border-style - defines the type f the line of the blog.It can have the following values:none,dotted,dashed, solid,double,groove,ridge,inset,outset.According to the CSS1 specification it can be set to any blog border.
